About Integrity Insurance Solutions Integrity Insurance Solutions was was founded in 2009 by Tom Freund out of a desire to develop a company that is specifically focused on meeting the insurance needs of its' clients. Integrity is based out of Mansfield, Ohio and services much of the North-Central Ohio region. We strive to maintain a focus on providing our customers the best insurance options available for their needs and within their budget. Integrity is a dynamic company with a personal, small-town feel. We always prefer that our clients contact us directly for any claims or questions instead of calling the 800 number listed on their insurance card.
