Horrible customer service...the car came to us dirty, low on gas, and smelled bad....the manager was our point of contact even...we have the elite status with them...we left 2 pair of sunglasses...

Guy helping did a good job by over all service was so slow because there was only one person working. No one answering phones. And everyone in line was pissed off cause they too had been waiting...
