Heinen's Fine Foods is a full-service, family-owned grocery store chain that operates more than 15 stores in the Greater Cleveland area. The company was founded in 1929 in Cleveland, when Joseph Heinen opened a small meat market. After running the meat market for a few years, he opened Cleveland's first supermarket. The company is known for its meat and for offering extensive wine programs. In addition to its retail operations, Heinen's Fine Foods runs a catering division for a variety of events, such as weddings, banquets and birthday parties. Heinen's Fine Foods has its stores located in more than 15 cities within Greater Cleveland, including Cleveland, Avon, Chardon, Aurora, Twinsburg, Chardon, Bainbridge and University Heights.

This is a very nice, clean, well organized grocery store. I like it especially because of the size. Some stores are just too large for us senior citizens to shop at; this is one is great!

This store has the best produce. The prices are a little higher than giant eagle or other similar stores but would highly recommend Heinens over any other store ok the area.
