Bridge Home Health provides a wide range of services to clients in the home. These include: Rehabilitation following stroke, heart attack, joint replacement surgery, or problems related to joint pain, muscle pain or general debility after a prolonged hospital stay.

We provide a complete range of care in the comfort of your own home. This includes personal care, companionship, skilled therapy and skilled nursing. Our office is locally owned and operated.
