If you have an elderly parent or loved one, I would strongly suggest NOT choosing Hearth and Home in Vandalia or any other Chancellor Health operated facility for elder care..Yes, there are some...

Mother's care here was very bad. Wound care was poor and cleanliness of residents is not taken seriously. Avoid this facility if loved one has dementia. They take advantage of them.
