The 150-acre Great Egret Marsh Preserve boasts classic Lake Erie marshland, blanketed each summer with water lotus and teaming with wildlife. The preserve is a haven for waterfowl and wading birds - including great egrets, which can often be found feeding in the area's shallow waters. Visitors will find opportunities for bird-watching, fishing, hiking, kayaking and canoeing.
