Great Commission Association of Churches
Great Commission Churches (GCC) was an association of independent churches, formally organized as a denomination in 1990, with roots dating back to 1970 on college campuses. Serving a network dedicated to proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, GCC provided support and relationships among pastors until its dissolution in November 2020.
The GCC Board, after a thorough evaluation and in response to the changing landscape of church dynamics, decided to dissolve the organization to allow churches greater autonomy and flexibility in their missions. This decision aimed to empower the next generation of church leaders in effectively advancing the gospel while fostering cooperation among various Christian communities.
