Stay in our Tuscan-inspired Villas, our boutique inn, The Casa, and our restored Farmhouse from the early 1800s. Gervasi Vineyard is home to three restaurants that serve everything from fine Italian cuisine in The Bistro to a more casual dining experience at The Piazza seasonal outdoor patio or The Crush House Wine Bar & Eatery. The Still House is a coffeehouse and cocktail lounge offering specialty cocktails, beer and wine. The Cave is a unique and intimate environment for a world-class wine tasting experience.
