Scheduling! I was scheduled for 1:15 and didn't see the doctor until 2pm. People were nice and facility was clean but wait time was inexcusable.

Took 90mins just to get checked in and seen - horrible over booking - got to appointment 8:40 for 9am Appt - asked to sit & later called up to check in 9:40 - then called back by RN at 10:10am....
