Gem City Dog Obedience Club, established in 1967, is a volunteer-based organization in Dayton, Ohio dedicated to training both dogs and their owners. Recommending prong collars in 2016?? The trainer acted like he hadn't even heard of head collars, which have been recommended by veterinarians and trainers FOR YEARS!
