They refuse to answer the phone. Don't waste your time. The employees are lazy. They can't wait to get home on the PC and play their game and eat ice cream. Don't go there.

My wallet was stolen and the thief successfully used my card (which asks merchants on the back to SEE ID) at this Game Stop. The first card he tried to use (which also says SEE ID) was rejected.....
