Who ever heard of having to show a personal I.D. when returning a CD that was originally paid for in cash?! And this was for an even exchange (a $7 CD for same price CD)! What loss, or security...

Awful. The prices are ungodly expensive, especially for used product. Also, very little selection in both film and music. The staff is horribly rude; a middle aged woman with an eyebrow piercing...
