R.J. Frost, founded Frost & Company in Continental, Ohio in 1928. In 1939 R.J. decided to move his family and business to Delphos, Ohio. His two sons Dale and Darwin, worked in the business after brief internships at Westinghouse and the United States Army. Darwin and Dale decided to come to Wapakoneta, Ohio. They incorporated the company in 1946, with its performance in roofing, siding, sheet metal and spouting. The company employs more than 90 trained professionals who utilize state-of-the-art equipment.
