The housekeeping crew rarely shows up for scheduled cleaning. Maintenance and repairs never happens. Executives do not respond to calls. Turnover is constant. Carefully check bills for errors.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their communication if horrible! I can never reach anyone when there is an issue. You can leave various voicemails and no one ever calls you back! So unacceptable
