They really struggle at this store. My fiancé bought my engagement ring at this location. For starters, he specifically asked not to have anything mailed to our house so that i didn't see it....

With the exception of Vic, this is by far the worst jewelry store that I have ever stepped foot in. Quite frankly I think the women should all take a customer service class.... Too bad.
