Very rude. Don't follow prices posted (sales or listed shelf price). Charged for items i did not purchase and refused refund. ALWAYS CHECK RECIEPT!!

I go into Five points every day and have been for the pass five years. I have seen several employees come and go. But no matter who they hire these people have no clue how to deal with customers....
