Firehouse Subs

Tried to use the app to take advantage of an offer. The app never works. The staff are nice and try to make up for a terrible app. The food is good and the staff great. App terrible.

Unprofessional service, had to wait five minutes in an empty restaurant just to place an order. Two large sandwichee for $30 and they got both orders wrong. 0 out of 5 for me.

Just got a steak and cheese sub, where's the beef? I thought it would be like Penn Station's! Nothing like it, just mostly cold hard bread. The pickle was the best thing!
