your website is very hard to navigate and not clear on how to access credit card statements . Also difficult to make a credit card payment.

I would think I would at least get a "thank you" after depositing over $10,000. Nope. I think I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not acceptable. Customer service is EVERYTHING.
