Ivy Woods Care Center offers a variety of long-term and skilled nursing care, rehabilitative and restorative services. It provides hospice, respite and subacute care, Alzheimer s and dementia care, and occupational, physical and speech therapies. It offers tube feeding, tracheostomy care, and X-ray, laboratory and ambulance services. The health center focuses on dental, optician, podiatry and pharmacy services, as well as religious and spiritual services. Its facility includes more than 90 beds, semiprivate rooms, and various courtyards and entryways. It also provides a range of social services that include assistance with medical and benefit applications, assessments, referrals and counseling. Located in Cincinnati, Ivy Woods Care Center is licensed by the Ohio Department of Health.
