He designed it under the premise of developing a model for the modern-day Family Practice, which more clearly resembles the traditional nature of the old-fashioned Family Doctor. This viewpoint is often contrary to the complexity and depersonalization of the more modern Family Practice.

He is very caring and hands on. I can only complain about the wait time. It can be excessive, and I wouldn't mind myself, but with a very ill family member, it is a challenge.
