This company is HORRIBLE !!!! Jim Smith AKA "Smitty" as he likes to be called, is rude. He will yell at callers and slam the phone on his desk repeatedly if he does not like what a caller says....

Landlords beware!!! This company is very unorganized and unprofessional. Jim the Vice president is rude and so is his staff. Glad I found this out now before I allowed them to collect for me
