Unwelcoming environment. The person working was not friendly at all. The room was good.. and very creative with the puzzles but if you're going to have a place of business be friendly.

We had a great time (2 adults and 3 11 year olds) doing the Bank Heist room in North Olmsted. It was not terribly hard but we did need clues a couple times! We will definitely return!
