Employees were very helpful. Had mostly foreign cars available which I didn't like and of the 2 cars I got into both smelled terrible of cigarette smoke.

They must have a thieving employee. Make sure you take EVERYTHING out of your rental before returning it. My husband forgot our magnetic phone mounts when he returned it near the end of the day....

made us three hours late for trip because they rented out the car we had booked a month in advance a week before pickup, and didn't inform us until a day before. poor customer service
