Love this location and the morning team!! I have a Dunkin' closer to me, but Louisville is worth the extra time. They're so kind, and always make you feel welcome.

Donuts purchased at 8 a.m. are stale. I've never purchased donuts from anywhere before that tasted more than a day old. These were definitely more than a day old. Update. 12:55. so my dumb butt...

I had gone through the drive thru and ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte with oat milk. And she must not have heard and made it with regular milk. I am lactose intolerant so that's why I choose...

Terrible staff....don't require customers to wear mask even though it's posted on the front door. Updates: after a few customers in the lobby grumbled they asked them to put on a mask.

one time I went my mom asked for hot coco and then the worker said do you want it hot or cold like wtf and got in the car and my mom said it is coffee I do not recommend this place this place...
