Literally sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes just for a coffee. Ordered cream and sugar and only got cream. Plus the drive through clerk didn't know what my order was.

Every time I come here I find a new level of bad coffee. This time I'm pretty sure they just gave me a cup of milk.... Like I legit paid 5 bucks for a cup of milk. There hot latte is watered down...
