About Kaczmar architects incorporated Established in 1974 the firm of Kaczmar architects incorporated ( KAI ) is an eleven person full service architectural practice. Our specific work tasks and activities vary widely from research, programming and feasibility studies to master land planning of mixed use developments to the design and construction adminstration of highly specialized medical and research buildings, hotels, office buildings, and schools.
