I tried to call and order a pizza and someone answered the phone rudely "I am not taking orders right now" and hung up. It's 9 PM and they close at 1 AM. When did customer service get so bad?

They canceled my order for no reason without a call nor a text! they then took my rewards and didn't give them back I tried calling them and no answer. This is just ridiculous behavior in 2025.

After three hours of waiting, they still haven't made my food. Also they won't take any calls. Normally when I order there, they mess up my order.
