Derek R. Heimlich, OD, MS

Dr. Erin Ross is a board-certified optometrist originally from Bucks County Pennsylvania. Dr. Ross received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Cedarville University where she graduated with High Honors in 2014. Dr. Ross then attended The Ohio State University College of Optometry where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and obtained both her Doctor of Optometry and Masters of Science Degree. During her time at The Ohio State University, she was involved in several IRB research studies ranging from ophthalmic pharmaceuticals, specialty contact lenses and binocular vision.

Dr. Arar completed his undergraduate degree at Xavier University and his graduate degree at the University of Dayton. While at the University of Dayton, he presented and published many papers in the field of biomedical engineering. He then attended the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, followed by a post-doctoral fellowship in eye research involving corneal wound healing and macular degeneration. Dr. Arar presented his work at the Association of Research in Vision and Ophthalmology and received the Ohio Lion’s Eye Research Foundation Fellowship for his research. After his residency at the University of Cincinnati, he completed a six-month rotation in cataract and implant surgery at Cincinnati Eye Institute.

Dr. Bonneau co-manages various ocular diseases at CEI, working alongside ophthalmologists. Completing her residency in ocular disease at the Cincinnati Eye Institute, she values a team approach to eyecare, co-managing pre and post-operative care alongside surgical procedures. Her focus extends to comprehensive patients, managing anterior and posterior segment problems.
