I'm pretty sure this used to be a parking garage. In any case it still looks like one! But lofts always get my attention. Reading the reviews, I get the idea they should have done something about...

Do you want to feel for yourself whether the second floor is okay to live on? I recommend going on a tour of the building in the summer... The walk from the leasing office to the elevator takes...

Downtown living at it's finest. I have lived at the Delco for about a year and a half and just signed on for another year. Living here is great for me and my dog. The building is spectacular...
