Daphney Miller, APRN - Akron Children's Pediatrics, Alliance

I grew up in Akron. I’m married and have two girls: Colleen, 16, and Sarah, 13, who both keep us very busy with all of their activities. From when I was young, my mom raised me with the idea that I would be a pediatrician. I earned my medical degree from the Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, OH, I completed my pediatrics residency at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC in Pittsburgh, PA and a fellowship in Infectious Disease/Immunology from Seattle Children's Hospital Medical Center in Seattle, WA. I am certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and I am a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Stefanie is a family nurse practitioner at Akron Children's Hospital, where she's been practicing as a provider since 2021. She earned her bachelor's degree from The University of Akron in Akron, Ohio and a master's degree in nursing from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. Stefanie is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and pediatric, adolescent and adult SANE trained by the International Association of Forensic Nursing.
