Laura Moyer is an adult psychiatric mental health clinical nurse specialist and a graduate of the University of Toledo, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degrees in education and nursing. Previously in private practice outside Toledo, she also taught mental health nursing in both classroom and clinical settings at the UT College of Nursing.
