Not only did it take 20 mins from the time I ordered to get to the window of the drive thru, but the puppy chow in my blizzard was stale. Who runs this place?

Very slow service and rude employees. Food was also trash. The drive through is annoying to turn into as well if you have a bigger vehicle.
