Dr. Edward W Kubic Jr is a 1986 graduate of The Ohio State University School of Dentristry. Prior to Dental School, he achieved a Bachelor of Science Degree in Combined Sciences at Youngstown State University. Dr Kubic is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association and the Corydon Palmer Dental Society.

Dr. Melania Lucia Dace received her first dental degree from the University of Medicine & Pharmacy luliu Hatieganu, Faculty of Dentistry in Romania before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University Dental School. She has stayed up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry with courses in sleep apnea, soft tissue management, medically complex procedures & a fellowship in laser dentistry, among others. Dr. Dace is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association & the Corydon Palmer Dental Society. In her free time, Dr. Dace enjoys traveling, dancing & spending time with her family, Alan and her two sons Alexander and Matthew. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. Cancellation If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
