Just awful customer service when ever I have the miss fortune of having to pick up prescriptions versus mail order. I was advised by CVS Caremark app that my order would be ready at 12 o'clock....

The pharmacy is absolutely awful. Things are never ready, communication is horrific, and don't expect them to do their job of helping either. I would rather pay to have my scripts filled somewhere...
