no pharmacy should have their primary reason for existing closed at any point especially in the middle of the day they could just stagger their breaks which would allow for better service.

On hold for 15 minutes waiting for someone in pharmacy to pick up. I don't envy the pharmacy staff. The company needs to consider increasing staffing and whatever incentives is required to do so.
