Culver's has great food and great customer service. I have been to many Culver's in various cities and I have not had bad service anywhere.

Not sure why they have such a mediocre rating. We've been to this location plenty of times and have never had an issue. The staff is friendly, the location is extremely clean and the good is made...

Apparently, Culver's basic training doesn't include QC on burger assembly and presentation. But the good burghers (get it!) of BG don't seem to mind. Awful in every way.
