Cowan's Auctions is a rip off. DO NOT use them, unless you don't care about money. I got some incredible items at a low bid, then got hit with shipping to Austin, TX that cost more than the items....

tell ya what. If they pulled that shipping crap with me, I'd tell them to GFY and they can keep their item.

I thought this auction house had very good customer service. I live locally, though, and don't know about their shipping policies.
