Corey Scherer, DO - Akron Children's Pediatric Gastroenterology, Marietta

Dr. Scherer is a pediatric gastroenterologist at Akron Childrens, where hes been practicing since 2019. He earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pa. and completed a residency in pediatrics at Akron Childrens. He went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology and hepatology at Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Conn. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in general pediatrics and pediatric gastroenterology. He is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition.
