Let your pet-friendly apartment home be the perfect conversation piece. The seventeen-story Commodore Perry Apartments, originally built as a hotel in 1927, is a historic Downtown Toledo high-rise in the DORA district. This was the last large hotel built in Toledo's downtown area from the time it opened, in 1932, until the late 1970s. Now the Commodore Perry Apartments offers you an opportunity to be a part of the story. You can choose to live in a thoughtfully designed one or two-bedroom apartment with spectacular views of the riverfront and cityscape.

This place is pretty awesome. Hockey games baseball games bars and food all within walking distance. They have gym, vending machines, and their own redbox on site. Overall its a good place to live
