Company History & Demographics John Hancock & Associates, Inc. was organized in 1984 to offer general civil engineering and land surveying services for residential, commercial, industrial developments, and mining.Our company services clients in northern Ohio, primarily in Erie County, but also in Ottawa, Lorain, Sandusky, Seneca, Huron, Richland, Ashland, and Cuyahoga Counties.
