Paul Rutkowski, M.D., Genesis Orthopedic Group, specializes in hand and upper extremity orthopedic surgery. Dr. Rutkowski completed his medical training at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, and he completed his orthopedic residency at Mount Carmel Health System, Columbus. Dr. Rutkowski advanced his orthopedic training with a Hand & Upper Extremity Fellowship at Campbell Clinic Orthopedics in Memphis, Tennessee. In his free time, he enjoys golf and travel. Dr. Rutkowski is accepting new patients.

Matthew Langford, MD specializes in Hand Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery. He practices in Zanesville at the Genesis Neuroscience & Orthopedic Center. He completed his Residency at Naval Medical Center (Portsmouth, VA) Orthopedics and his Fellowship Wake Forest University School of Medicine Hand Surgery.
