Stoney Brook will be built in two Phases. Phase I will have six buildings for a total of twenty-one townhouses. Phase II will have eight buildings with a total of thirty-nine townhouses. All will be serviced by public utilities and private streets with visitor parking strategically located. The common grounds as well as individual lots will be professionally landscaped and maintained year round.
