University Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists is a multispecialty health care group practice that is affiliated with the University of Cincinnati s Academic Health Center. The service unit offers a range of medical services and treatment options for individuals who suffer from several types of otolaryngology diseases and health conditions. It treats hearing loss, sleep apnea, facial fractures, nasal allergies, sinus disorders, and taste, smell, swallowing and voice diseases. The service unit evaluates balance and general ear, nose and throat disorders, as well as performs facial prosthetic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries. University Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists also treats the paralysis of facial muscles and nerves. The service unit is a part of the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the College of Medicine.
