The homemade pasta and sauce is fantastic. The service is always friendly and fast. Being in an old movie theater is a really neat experience as well.

Cibo’s restaurant located in Waynesburg, Ohio opened in 1971. After the closing of the Mohawk movie theatre, a local orthodontist purchased the building for his mother to open an Italian restaurant. She along with other local friends started cooking with their recipes brought over from Italy. People from all over Stark and surrounding counties would come to enjoy the homemade pastas and bread. In 1986 the entire theatre was remodeled to accommodate the growing number of patrons. The large dining room can seat over two hundred people, and offers a unique atmosphere. From it’s high ceiling to the stage where local residents occasionally entertain with dinner theatrics.
