Dr. Lowe is the CEO and Medical Director for Providers for Healthy Living. He graduated from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. He then completed a general psychiatry residency and a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at The Ohio State University and Nationwide Children's Hospital. He was an attending physician on the inpatient unit at OSU Harding Hospital and was the school psychiatrist at Nationwide Children's Hospital prior to forming Providers for Healthy Living.

Dr. Copley has a special interest in treating transitional age/emerging adults and worked in college mental health over 10 years prior to joining Providers for Healthy Living. She received her undergraduate degree from the College of Pharmacy at Ohio State and is a registered pharmacist. A native of central Ohio, she remained at Ohio State where she completed her MD/PhD, receiving her doctorate in molecular biology. Her post graduate medical training includes a General Psychiatry residency at Ohio State and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship through Nationwide Children's Hospital/Ohio State.
