Chase Bank has to be one of the worst banks I have ever banked with. I have been with them 15 plus years and ask for NSF to be reversed do to an issue with my card and they refused to do anything...

The absolute worst customer service ever. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for a bank rep to help me. In the meantime, 15 people have been waited on. And they wonder why I'm closing...
