Great experience today buying car. Mike and team listened to me and got me deal I wanted so happy I drove out from Cleveland it was worth working with smaller dealer who is working for customer.

Took my car in for two service recalls. Receptionist was very nice. They told me it would take about an hour and a half to complete but was done in 45 min so I was happy about that.

Found my 2013 Buick exactly like I wanted on the internet. Called this dealer and they did what it took to match the price from another dealership, exact car but not the color I really wanted....

We unfortunately had to be towed to Charles Auto Group on a trip back to Chicago. To make matters worse, we had plans to celebrate our son's birthday later that day . We were towed to the repair...
