Been here a while. Not good. Outdated appliances. Gutters leak pouring rain and side walks flood inches of rain. Sloppy mess when it rains , winter no sidewalk care, did it myself. Need gutters...

Do not spend your time or money living here. Maintenance was a bare minimum job, old appliances, high prices. These are NOT luxury apartments.
