Why are you locking the front door *a half hour* before closing time??? This is so obnoxious. If your hours are "till 8:30 pm", don't lock the door at 8!!! This is a very unhappy member not...

Have to agree. The most unfriendly gym, ever. Never been to a fitness center like this. Like a morgue. Plus, not a lot of workout equipment, with people staying seated to play with their phones...
