Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center

Operational since 1985, Cardinal Woods is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center with 120-bed facility located in Madison, Ohio. The center provides services to the elderly, disabled and other individuals needing assistance with activities of daily living. Its rehabilitative services include a range of therapies, such as physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies.
